Founded in 1887, Marble Falls is located in the heart of the Texas
Hill Country, right in the middle of the largest chain of lakes in
Texas the Highland Lakes. The area boasts an abundance of activities
for the outdoor enthusiast including LBJ State Park, Inks State Park,
Longhorn Cavern, Enchanted Rock, Perdenales Falls, as well as fabulous
resorts, state parks and fishing camps. Recently listed as one of
the top non-metro growth areas in the United States, Marble Falls
is the retail, wholesale and trade service center for the Highland
lakes Region. With an estimated population of 225,000 within a thirty
mile radius around the city, Marble Falls has strong demographics,

Horseshoe

Perched alongside of Lake LBJ, the largest constant level lake in
the Highland Lakes chain, Horseshoe Bay was founded & developed

Burnet,
Texas
Long known as a great place to live, Burnet has also become a great
place to invest as evidenced by Money Magazine® who listed Burnet

pronounce the name of the town (and county) as "BURN-it"
rather than "bur-NET" as might be expected.

was the interim president of the Republic of Texas. The average high

School District. Area attractions include Canyon of the Eagles, Fort
